PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Please be advised that certain items or brands featured in our curated baskets may occasionally be unavailable due to supply constraints or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable product with another item of the same category, of comparable quality, and equal or greater value. For example, should a specific ouzo brand (e.g., Ouzo 12) be out of stock, it will be replaced with an equivalent quantity of another premium ouzo. Similarly, if a particular type of wafer is unavailable, a comparable alternative from the same category may be provided.

By placing an order with our e-shop, you acknowledge and accept this substitution policy. Substitutions made in accordance with this policy do not constitute valid grounds for returning the basket or canceling the order, provided the replacement items meet the specified criteria of category, quality, and value.

The specific products included in each basket are detailed in the product description provided on our e-shop. Please note that all images displayed are for illustrative purposes only. Any decorative items, props, or accessories shown in the images are not included in the purchase and are for presentation purposes only.

By completing your order, you acknowledge that the contents of the basket are as described in the product details and that visual elements in the images do not form part of the purchased product unless explicitly stated otherwise.

RETURNS

Right of withdrawal – Return of products pursuant to Article 4 § 10 Law 2251/1994

You have the right to withdraw from the contract in the cases specified by Law 2251/1994 (as amended). In particular, you can return the product you purchased from the website within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The return can be done either in the “ShopGreekNow.com” natural store itself, or by mail. In order to legally withdraw from the purchase, you must complete the relevant withdrawal form as provided by the law, which is provided here.

Returns or product changes related to the size of the attire, you can either follow the same procedure as above, or directly contact “ShopGreekNow.com” via e-mail.

Your withdrawal document should be (a) sent by any appropriate means to the Company (e-mail, fax, mail); (b) accompanied with a copy thereof on return. For any information about the process you can send an e-mail to sales(at)ShopGreekNow.com.

In order to be able to withdraw from the contract, the product should be in perfect condition and unused, exactly as it was before sale in its original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.) which should not have tears or damage / alterations and with all the contents of the original packaging. Along with the product, should be included all relevant documents of the order (invoice or proof of retail).

If the withdrawal meets these criteria, “ShopGreekNow.com” will refund the sale price in due time. Any shipping costs incurred by “ShopGreekNow.com” for sending the product to you are not refunded. Any shipping costs for the return of the product will be borne by you. Since your payment to the business has taken place via a credit card, ShopGreekNow.com will inform the bank about the cancellation of the transaction. The business is not responsible for the manner and timing of reimbursement, as well as for any charges it may incur as it is governed by your agreement with the bank.

If the product has been sold with a gift, discount card, etc., you must also return the latter.

Cases of non-opt-out pursuant to Article 4 § 10 Law 2251/1994

Subject to legal and transactional requirements, it is not possible to withdraw indicatively and not in the following cases:

1. A) From a service already provided.
2. B) Of consumables and things related to hygiene etc.

(C) Of products which have undergone, albeit at a minimum, use.

1. F) In all cases the product has been sealed and unsealed.

The above do not fall within the cases of withdrawal of no. 4 § 10 Law 2251/1994 for purchases made from the physical store.

Considering the above, we may refuse a return on grounds such as:

• The product has been damaged, washed, worn, altered, soiled, or its original tags are removed or no longer intact.
• The product has been comsumed
• Hygiene reasons
• The product you return is not the product you bought.
• if the item(s) returned to us do not match what you received; or
• The return period has been expired.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & RETURNS

Except  as referred to in the section “SUBSTITUTION POLICY”, if the product has been sold to you as being defective, you have the right to return the product within 14 days and ask for it to be replaced. ShopGreekNow.com bears the costs of replacement and shipping back to you. If the replacement is impossible for any reason (i.e. lack of stock, unique product etc.) the money will be refunded.

At this occasion you must contact “ShopGreekNow.com”, mentioning the reason for the return. It is required that you possess all relevant documents (including invoice or proof of retail sales). At any circumstance, liability from the defects is at any case is suspended after two years of the purchase.

ShopGreekNow.com cannot be held liable for any damages or other tears to the products caused by a third party including a shipping company. In such event, the third party is directly liable against you.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Without prejudice to the provisions of Art. 9 of Law 2.251 / 94, order cancellation is possible before sending the order. In this case you should inform us as soon as possible or by e-mail at sales(at) ShopGreekNow.com. If the shipping order has already been completed, any shipping costs already paid will be borne by you.

2. b) By debit or credit card via a third-party electronic payment system.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

All the products are sent by a shipping (delivery) company which may have been decided either by “ShopGreekNow.com” or by you.

The responsibility for receiving the product is yours. “ShopGreekNow.com” is not responsible for cases where due to your own fault you have not received the product, for example if you have entered your address details incorrectly, you have not picked up the product from your courier company, etc.

The orders are processed and are usually shipped within 5 working days of the order, provided the product is available. For orders made on weekends or public holidays, these will be processed on the next business day.

Orders in some countries may be subject to additional taxes and duties not included in the price of the products. Checking for the existence of such charges and paying them to the competent authorities is at your sole risk.

The shipping costs are calculated and clearly mentioned in the checkout process.

ORDER DELAY

If the delivery time does not appear on this website or your order, it may not be longer than 30 days according to art. 4b ‘of Law 221/1994. In the event of a delay, this may be due to temporary or permanent non-availability of the product by the main supplier, force majeure (weather and strikes). If “ShopGreekNow.com” receives an update, it will inform you by e-mail or by any other appropriate means to provide you with alternatives.

PROMOTIONAL ACTIONS

“ShopGreekNow.com” may send you informative e-mail with product tips or offers. In case you want to unsubscribe follow the instructions in the

PRIVACY POLICY SECTION.

“ShopGreekNow.com” has the right to conduct contests and other promotions (eg offers on products) for which more specific terms and conditions may apply. In the case of a product offering, it is valid for the time indicated in the promotion.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Any dispute arising out of this contract will be the courts of Rhodes. For out-of-court settlement of the dispute, you can contact the competent bodies for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, eg. in the General Secretariat of Consumers of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness (www.annis.gr, 10181, Athens, www.efpolis.gr, tel: 1520, fax: 2103843549), to the Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr, 144 Alexandras Ave., 114, Athens, tel.: 2106460734, fax: 2106460414), to the Agreements for the Friendly Settlement of Consumer Disputes (Article 11 of Law 221/1994), which are based in the local authorities of the country and the European Alternative Dispute Resolution European Commission OnlineDisputeResolution-ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms serve to inform the term 3b of Law 2251/1994.

We strongly suggest that you read these terms and conditions and  the FAQs for updates  amendments, every time you are visiting or you are about to make a purchase. “ShopGreekNow.com” has the right to amend the present terms at any time without any prior notice.
